Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on dirty, damaged or used items.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

For eligible returns, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible if the requested size is in stock at the time of processing. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

For international orders, all shipping costs associated with the exchange — including return shipping and reshipping of the new item — are the responsibility of the customer.
